Eligibility:
The Profit Hiker Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. Employees, contractors, affiliates, and immediate family members of Profit Hiker LLC are not eligible to participate.
How to Enter:
To enter, participants must sign up for the Profit Hiker email newsletter. No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate entries may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Profit Hiker LLC.
Entry Period:
The Giveaway begins on April 23, 2025 at 12:00pm and ends on April 30, 2025, at 11:59 p.m. Central Time.
Prize:
One year of Unlimited Access program membership and one complimentary 30-minute virtual consultation, valued at $1,050.00 USD.
Winner Selection:
The winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period. The drawing will take place within five (5) days after the Giveaway ends. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received.
Winner Notification:
The potential winner will be notified via the email address provided during signup within five (5) business days of the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seventy-two (72) hours to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the required time period may result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected at the discretion of Profit Hiker LLC.
General Conditions:
By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Terms and Conditions and the decisions of Profit Hiker LLC, which are final and binding. Profit Hiker LLC reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who violates these Terms and Conditions or engages in any conduct that Profit Hiker LLC deems to be improper, unfair, or detrimental to the Giveaway.
Privacy:
By entering, participants consent to the collection and use of their information for the purposes of administering this Giveaway and for receiving marketing communications from Profit Hiker LLC. Participants may unsubscribe at any time.
Limitation of Liability:
Profit Hiker LLC is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, unauthorized human intervention, or other errors that may occur in the administration of the Giveaway. By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Profit Hiker LLC from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from participation or acceptance of any prize.
Governing Law:
The Giveaway is governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising out of or related to the Giveaway shall be resolved in the courts of Denton County, Texas.
