I have had some of my brightest ideas on the open road.
Whether road tripping, cycling, or running – there’s something about chasing that white line that puts my mind into creative mode, I suppose.
There are better and worse ways to use physical activity to free your mind.
For example: jogging in a busy city with taxis, busses and pedestrians swirling all around you requires intense focus on your environment.
Compare that to jogging on a quiet trail – now that removes situational burden from your mind, and can transition your mental capacity over to your creative side.
Unlock the future of your business with Active Creative Meditation. Find a safe, repetitious physical activity, and reimagine what your situation could be.
Free your mind, rebuild your future.
